Export the mentioned Registry keys into REG files via File > Export in
REGEDIT.EXE, then delete the items one by one in the current Registry
until the entry is gone in MSCONFIG and the problem does no longer
occur. Now re-import the REG files by double-clicking them in the
Windows Explorer, delete the offending key again.
