Blue screen and other annoying stoppages.

My laptop keeps sending the blue screen up on occasions
and also cutting out, when ever I try to operate the
computer. Alittle while ago I tried to install Adobe
photoshop 5.0. and the computer cut out with the message
that it had encounted a problem with Adobe 5.0 A little
whiottole ago the laptop crashed, It was returned to
HEWLETT PACKARD FOR repair, this they did and fitted a
new motherboard into the laptop. after the crashand on
its return I notice the keyboard doesnot type the
characters that it should when the shift key is
depressed. For instance the @@is now on number 2 key and
the and the key that should show and type the @ NOW
types"" . Iam getting deppessed obout this and my faith
in microsoft products is beginning to waine.OS is XPpro.
