The real Truth,
Well I downloaded your bat file and also printed out all the info that Malke sent me. I started to do what Malke sent me and used edit register and went to the different areas and thought there has to be an easier way. I then looked at your bat file that I had downloaded and saw what it was doing so I ran your bat file. It cured my wallpaper problem in 5 seconds. The only thing that took time was restarting the computer. I do not know what the problem is between you and Malke but thanks for the bat file fix that did all I wanted.

TonySper, Everything Malke has said about me is a lie. My reset tool should work for you and please try to ignore the bickering between Malke and me she does not like or know me, why she is spreading lies is beyond me.

Malke,
I tried that. My Current Home Page is there in the web tab but is not checked and neither is the Lock Desktop Items checked. The No items has a red circle to the left of it and I cannot check on anything as it all appears to be disabled. The kids said all they did was right click the desktop, select properties and went to the desktop and selected a photo to be put on the desktop. The problem is it is in foreground covering all and I can't get it off.

My kids were playing around with the computer and put a photo of the dog

HELP. TonySper

Start>Control Panel>Display>Desktop tab. Click on Customize Desktop, and
then click on the Web tab. You will see that there are checkmarks next to
"My Current Home Page" and probably "Lock Desktop Items". Uncheck these.
Then go back to the Desktop tab and set a plain blank Desktop (no
wallpaper). Apply/OK out. Reboot. If that doesn't take care of it, ask your
kids what they did and tell them they better put things right in a New York
Minute. Or else.
