My Welcome screen turned off when I chose to have my computer (Dell
Latitude
400; XP Pro w/SP3) start up running Explorer. No problem there. But when I
ended this practice, the Welcome screen did not restore. When I go to User
Accounts to the select Logon & Logoff options, the choices are
preemptively
disabled by a screen saying "Client Services for Netware has disabled the
Welcome screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features you must
uninstall Client Services for Netware." I have no idea what this is, where
it
is or how to uninstall it. Any guidance out there? Many thanks in advance.

Take a look at this Microsoft article. Steps 2 through 9 should resolve the
problem.
