The PS2 mouse now works. The wireless mouse still will not work, but she didn't have the installation disk and said that she was grateful that she could user the computer again.

When I was originally called on the House Call, the complaint was that the wireless mouse wouldn't work. She was right. We tried a PS2 mouse. No luck.
I now have it at home and I was successful installing the miniature USB mouse that I use with my laptop when travelling.
Any help will be appreciated...
