As Gordon said, the license is for the PC, not the number of users on said PC, you could have 1 user account or 20, it has no effect on the license.

Thanks for the info guys. After remotely looking at the PC's, users are
backing up their entire drive (\windows, \Progran files, etc..) for reasons
they only know. The auditing software is picking up multiple copies of
msaccess.exe. I'm assuming if only one user can use Access on the PC at a
time, this shouldn't brake MS licencing rules. Is this correct? Thanks again.
