Malware/Viruses

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I carry adequate protection on my PC, but it seems somehow a virus or
malware has embedded itself into the computer.

Ad-ware does not seem to pick it up, neither does it budge my AVG
anti-virus. The only thing that keeps alerting me is Spyware Guard that
some dlls are trying to attach a BHO to my PC.

The problem is every time Spyware Guard tries to remove the BHO, the BHO
keeps coming back immediately. My IE7 keeps going to a site for
WinAntiVirus Pro (????) and my IE7 continually shows pop ups telling me that
my PC is at risk and I should purchase one or another anti-virus software
etc...

Spyware Guard shows that two dlls, 'pmnnk.dll' and 'fcccdee.dll' are trying
to add BHOs.

Any ideas what possible program on my PC this spyware may belong to and how
to get rid of it?

Thanks.
