No, you need an analogue fax modem that can dial out. Having said that, you can subscribe to companies such a Efax who will give you a fax number that you can add to your stationary. When people fax you Efax receive the fax and then convert it to an email to forward on to you. If you fax someone using the Efax service, providing the person you are faxing has a fax, the fax will be received as normal.
