This other post from you leads me to believe you have some serious HARDWARE
issues you need to resolve - most likely due to defective/mismatched memory.

And last - I see you had some serious cable modem issues before you got it
replaced - so there is a possibility it was your network card/network card
driver this whole time - have you updated your motherboard chipset and

as I said earlier...I have an older motherboard with the via chipset
and already had all the updates I can get..I know it wasn't my network
card drivers...already tried that before I got the modem upgrade...I'm
getting the full speed I paid for since the modem upgrade...the AMLI:

range. This could lead to system instability. Please contact your
system vendor for technical assistance error is what I believe to be the main culprit and causing the random freezes and start lag after doing some reading about it on many sites. I wish there was a fix for that instead of updating the BIOS since I am unable to do so.
