Agreed! Questions from beginners can be extra difficult. They are not fully
attuned to technical terminology. Mind-reading and prodding for details is
steady fare for those that attempt to answer their questions.

Checking help files and finding communities for the software involved,
seems logical to us but to a beginner, everything on their computer is
"Windows" until they learn more. :-)
