I posted this the other day but I can't find it now on the forum
When we click on the Netscape Icon to go to the set-up screen to click on
our names to get on the internet....the set-up screen is automatically
by-passed and it starts a connection immediately.
I don't know where to go to change this. We need the set-up screen to come
up in case of changes needed in the future.
Thanks!!!
As Phil mentions, you'd have better luck in a Netscape forum.
However, some general thoughts: In most of the software that I've used that
had disappearing setup screens, changing the settings is a matter of
finding the info in the program's configuration. Usually, you will find
something in a program's menus (look for menus named similar to Options,
Settings or Preferences) where you can change the initial setup info to
something else.
Note that this is only "some" software, not all. But perhaps you could
check out the menus and the program's help files until you can find a
netscape forum.
