After re-installing the computer, I wanted to put back all desktop-icons
and
folders from my backup (from D drive). However, no matter what I do or how
I
do it, each desktop icon (folder, shortcut,..) comes double visible on the
screen.
In the folder of the desktop, the items have not been copied (there I see
the normal list - each item once), it is purely when viewing the desktop
itself, all items are twice visible. And they are not copies of the
original:
the names are exactly the same and not with a (2) next to it. When i
delete
one of the double-visible-folder icons, I cannot open anymore the other
one
(error). Only the original icons (bin, my documents,..) are not twice
visible.
So how can I get rid of this extremely annoying problem? thx
Thx!
