Efficient Use of New Hard Disk

A 80GB drive has been installed as a slave to a 13GB master drive in Win XP
HE. What files and or programs can be moved to the new disk to improve
performance? The new drive has been partitioned 5/35/40 GB. Moving image
files to the new drive has been suggested. Are there other suggestions?
