Re: USB's Do Not Work

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Don't install that MoVu crap thing!!!
I had similar problems with it on a customers computer.
Just plug it in with out Creative's drivers. If you look at the CD that came
with it, you'll see that they're for 98.
If you just plug it in XP it will just show up as a new drive in My
Computer. Just drag & drop your songs into the relevent folders etc.
See how that goes.
ps. Watch the kids because they'll re-install it & corrupt everything once
again. (Hide the CD)
I know from experience.......... but I get paid to fix it each time so I
don;t really care either!!!

Unplug all USB devices.

Use Device Manager to delete all the USB hubs, ports and
controllers.

Reboot

The connect each USB one at a time and they should all be
working.
