How to have less "yellow" on the screen?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello There,
I am writing to excellent professionals who are in this group.Someone
would solve my problem, I am sure.
I have a Windows xp Media Center. All is fine except that on the
monitor's screen yellow is stronger than red and blue. (I am
assuming ,as a novice , that colours are made as different
compositions of red, blue and yellow. I hope this is true?!!!) The
strange thing is that on the monitor there is no way to alter this
"over-yellowness". Can the Windows xp itself help?
I shall be obliged if you let me know some way of dealing with this
problem, not fatal but sometimes ennoying.
To anyone who reads this:- Have a nice weekend.
Urban
