It's _really_ too bad you can't jail them for such aggregious and
offensive behavior, but that the way in major corporations nowadays, to
hell with the customer - we're going to save $1.01 for CD's whether they
like it or not!
I'm pre-genX. I remember when sellers knew they needed customers and
acted accordingly. Now they fight their way to somewhere near the top
then sit back and tell the customer to stick it square up their nose,
while they skim the company into the ground. Apparently only sociopaths
make it to the top now.
for the "recovery" disk thinking I was getting a full copy of Windows.
I am not sure what to do at this point. I suppose I could contact
Microsoft but I'm not sure that it would get me very far. I think
I'll go stick my head in the oven!
