Start by checking your memory. Bad RAM is the most common cause of this error.

Download the prebuilt .iso or floppy image. Boot from the resulting CD or floppy and run the test for several hours.

On a desktop computer here it gets the blue screen and on it are many
words and one is Stop Error 0x0000007F(0x00000000). Can someone tell me
what causes this, and how it can be corrected?
