Re: Windows Explorer window

When I upgraded to Media Player 11, it somehow changed the way my Windows Explorer window appears. It use to open with a menu on top, then a row of icons and text menu and then my folders and files windows. Now, when I open it I have no menus at all, just the file and folders windows. There is no place to right click to show the menus. I've tried everything but can't get my windows explorer window back the way it should be and I don't know where else to look (if I double click My Computer, then on my C drive I can get a window with menus so that I can get to tools and options and I've tried resetting all windows). Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
Carol

I could be way off base here but try hitting F11 that toggles Explorer to
and from full screen. maybe it's been accidentally toggled to full screen.
