Limited user account problem

I am running Windows xp pro with sp2.
I am facing a peculiar problem.
I have an administrtiave account and a limited user account.
I want to run my tv tuner in my limited user account.
But I cannot run it in my limited user account.
When I install it after giving my limited user account, administrative
right it works perfectly.
But the moment I change it to limited user's account it does not work.
The screen simply turns blank.
Surprisingly it used to work prfectly in past.
Can somebody please help me with my problem.
