Find the regedit.exe (C:\windows) file & just right click & select rename.

I'll be honest with you, if you don't how to find and rename files I'd be
real careful in the registry. You could end up with a really messed up
system.

There is (was?) a virus a long time ago that blocked certain "exe"
files.
From memory it also blocked msconfig as well.
