only one of the fans on my dual fan power supply works. The one
pointing down in to the case works. The one pointing out the back does
not. I'm assuming this one might work when the PS get's hot. That's
only a guess.....the manual says nothing about it. The power supply is

You are right. This power supply was brand new. The guy's at Radio
Shack aren't very knowledgeable. I asked them if the fan at the back of
the P.S. was supposed to spin, one of them didn't know what a power
supply was, the other didn't know much about computers as well, but
suggested that I bring it in and they would exchange it for another one,
which I did. Both of the fans are spinning now, so I guess the other
one was defective....thanx 4 help
