Correct! The Norton is checked and the Google is unchecked!
If so (which has been a known problem with toolbars and Google), then the
Toolbar Layout registry setting is hosed.
What does "hosed" mean?
Let me know if the right click shows the toolbar options for Norton and
Google, but the selections are screwed up. I will tell you the registry key
to delete so that the key get re-created to correct the problem.
Okay, thanks! See above.
You can also check this in Windows Explorer.

Right beneath the address bar is a border with numerous buttons on it
(is this border called the tool bar? I'm not sure!). I used to have
two Norton AntiVirus pull down menu buttons on there. Since Google
asked me whether I wanted to update their buttons, only one is on there
now and I want the other one back!
How do I do that?
.
