If you've still got the original ISO file you can see all the files in that.
Use IsoBuster, UltraIso or similar program to view the files:

so that's all that showed in Nero.
I know there are more files on the disk because the
only 2 files that show are both .txt files and, as I said,
the disk does boot and seems to work.
