Files on bootable CD do not show

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I made a CD from an iso file. It is booable and works o.k. but
when I use Explorer to view it only shows 2 small files.
Under folder options...I have enabled view hidden files and
view system files.
What do you have to do to see all files on a bootable CD?
