Bet he's just using the inbuilt Roxio that comes with XP!.
That will be the UDF packet writing "thing" & is nothing but trouble. (my
opinion)
Go find Nero or something & NEVER use that other thing.
When installing Nero DON'T install the INCD stuff. That's that UDF packet
writing stuff as well.
