Downloading a CSV file not working

I am unable to download a CSV file. I think I have a file missing as I get
the following error msg: "c:\documents and settings\...\local
settings\temporary internet files\content.IE5\........csv could not be
found. Check the spelling of the file name and verify that the file locatin
is correct. If you are trying to open th file from your list of most
recently used files on the File menu, make sure that the file has not been
renamed, moved or deleted"
I think I may have deleted a from the above directly by mistake.
Please can you let me know how to fix this?
Thank you very much in advance.
