If you mean that you changed the name of the user account, this can be done, but it will only affect the login name. As far as the system is concerned, the user account will still be "Julius". All of the files and settings will still use the original name.
What you need to do is to create a new account, with the new name and then copy everything in the original user account to the new account. The following articles will give you the step by step instructions for accomplishing this.
