I tried all the option listed in above link. But still XP shutdown takes
nearly 2 min. Is there a possibility of logging of all actions while
shutting down? I tried with startup with "/bootlog" switch. But I couldn't
find the log anywhere? What is the default location of bootlog?

thanks for any help.

regards

Hello

I have recently been moved to XP Proffessional to my new PC. I
observed that Xp takes hell lot of time to Shutdown when compared to
2000
Professional. Is there any settings, which makes it slower? Can I make
it

.
