Make any change in the Display properties. The focus on "OK"
seetakes place. Pressing Enter on the keyboard = clicking OK so no need to
thethat button to invoke the desired change in settings.
If you would rather click though, see Ronnie's answer about how to move
clickwindow around with the keyboard so that you can see the OK button to
it.
