Make any change in the Display properties. The focus on "OK"
automatically
takes place. Pressing Enter on the keyboard = clicking OK so no need to
see
that button to invoke the desired change in settings.

If you would rather click though, see Ronnie's answer about how to move
the
window around with the keyboard so that you can see the OK button to
click
it.
