Rainy, Fell for the old "you ought'a partition" pitch. Never partitioned,
simply installed a second hard drive.

Ok, that means you have junk throughout (possibly)?
Have you cleaned up:
1. Temp folders (C:\Windows\Temp, individual users Temp folders/Temporary
Internet Files?
2. Leftover downloaded files?
3. Check the size on C:\Windows\Installer,
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution?
4. How many C:\Windows\$NTUninstal.... folders do you have?
5. Has i386 been copied to your hard disk anywhere (C:\,
C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles)?
6. Any hidden partitions? Think we already covered that before - Right?
7. Do you have Crap Cleaner
(http://www.ccleaner.com/downloadbin.asp?f=2)?

Did you get your filesystem space back?

In Documents and settings, I have two folders.. the one with less files
has 6.1 Gig, the one with more files has 1.6 :) here is a screenshot..
so
you will understand more than I can tell you.. both under my real name...
yep Im really not Rainy.. lol I'm really confused about the size.. My C
drive has windows only.. plus some drivers etc.. and I don't want this
using
up space.. since I only allocated 10 gig to it.. any ideas or help always
appreciated.. thanks Rainy I think this might have to do with that
program
causing two logons a few days ago. I'm not sure I am giving you all the
information you need, so please ask away..
.
