On a Macintosh there was (I don't know about version X) a resource
editor that was able to give access to the resources within a program.
You could insert, change, and remove these parts of a program. For
example you could extract all of the sounds, modify the program code,
change displayed text, and modify screens. With enough work you could
actually change the language from English to anything else.
Now I know that the structure of Windows programs are not the same but
is there a corresponding method of doing the same thing?
