Its not the registration process that you need to worry about its the
Activation Process..........if you fail to activate within that 30 day time
period
XP pro will cease to function.You will then need to do some fancy footwork
to get it to work again.
So activate...........now!!

I purchased windows xp pro 2 weeks ago and I am still trying to get it to
work on my machine. Meanwhile there is a countdown clock that is
displayed--for registering the product--when I log into safe mode.

What happens if I reach the 30'th day? Is there not a email (from a
different machine) or a postal choice?
