You can't download a link.
If you meant that you downloaded the file, ppviewer.exe, you must double
click on it to run it to install the viewer.
If you didn't download that file, copy the link below and paste it into your
browser. The link below will wrap so make sure you get the part that is on
the second line.

Click the button that says download. Save the file where you can find it
again and then double click on it to install the viewer.
