Since you are using groups.google.com to access newsgroups, you can
probably
find information there on how to post to newsgroups. Though why anyone
concerned with the security of Outlook Express would at the same time use
groups.google.com is beyond me.

What 'Bill P' is trying to explain is that you don't have visible links
(within your posts) with the message to which you reply. It is not
necessary to include the whole list as some do, but at least give some
context and connection.
