You suggested that I follow what Malke told me to do
first.........I'm so
afraid to even try to follow what he told me to do. I Know nothing
about
computers. Do you think I need to hire some one to do this for me?
Also, how do I locate the two files that you told me to remove?
Duh...wish I was smart like you guys.
Kathy, it has nothing to do with being "smart". We all have our areas of
expertise and not being computer-savvy has nothing to do with your
intelligence.
Most certainly if you are uncomfortable working on your computer or
going through the malware removal steps, you should take the machine to
a professional computer repair shop (not your local version of
BigStoreUSA). There is no shame in doing this; I don't hesitate to call
a plumber or take my car to the mechanic. Just take the machine in and
go do something amusing; you'll feel better and your computer will be
fixed.
Cheers,
Malke
