No. The only way it is possible to use two operating systems without
rebooting - or without using a removal hot-swappable hard drive - is to
run a virtual machine in a program like VMWare or VirtualPC.
If you use a conventional boot manager, there is no way to hide the
various operating systems installed from the user. And obviously the
user would notice a hot-swappable drive arrangement.
What are you trying to accomplish?
