Yes. Just reboot from the keyboard and select the OS you want to boot into.
However, and this is really cool, if you want to be able to switch back and
forth quickly you might consider using Virtual PC
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtualpc/default.mspx or VMWare
http://www.vmware.com/products/server/ . Rather than setting up multiple
partitions and booting from one to the other you create a "virtual pc" using
the app. Once installed you can easily use the keyboard to simply boot the
virtual OS and switch back and forth with a few mouse clicks or your
keyboard. Personally I have several OS setup this way and can swap between
Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. I can even
drag and drop files from one desktop to another.
