When I try to access a shared Folder on computer #2 from computer #1
I get this error message:
"(Shared Folder) is not accessable, You may not have permission to
use this network resource. Contact administrator etc. Not enough
server storage is available to process this command".

The "not enough server storage" error solution, credit to MVP
Hans-Georg Michna:

This error indicates that you are falling foul of the IRPStackSize
bug. The problem is on the machine you are attempting to connect to,
not the machine where you see the error message. On the computer you
are attempting to connect to, check the event viewer for an event ID
2011.

Usual fix : You need to fix a parameter called IRPStackSize

On the computer you are attempting to connect to, Set the
IRPStackSize back to the default (15 ). Perform the following steps:

1. Start regedit.
2. Navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lanmanserver\parameters.
3. Double-click IRPStackSize (or if this registry setting doesn't
exist, create it with type DWORD and ensure the case is correct).
4. Change the base to decimal, set the value to 15, and click OK.
5. Reboot the computer.

Thank you so much Malke!! Also Hans-Georg Michna!!

This Registry fix did the trick!! I am now able to see *AND* access
shared files on computer#1 from computer #2.
I was begining to panic as most links I have encountered are either
pre-SP2 and/or have NO mention of this specific problem, and only
refer to basic network file sharing setup principals .

Strange that you suggest Norton AV as being the culprit here, as I use
AVG Free AV
and only use Norton Utilities 2002 and Norton Ghost 2002.

Super! You're most welcome. Thanks for taking the time to let me know.
