My windows used to go on standby after 10 minutes of no use, requiring password to activate again. It stopped.
ControlPanel\Power options remain the same. Monitor is set for 5 minutes and
that part functions as it should. What could be affecting this?
NVidia GeForce3 Ti200 blanks video when playing "The Incredibles" ... Just recently installed this card and it works throughout Windows,... activate "The Incredibles" game the picture goes black (actually my monitor... goes into standby or off MODE). ... radeon ati graphics (9000) ... when the windows xp loads the monitor goes onto standby... although xp still loads, I have to remove the power cable ... from the monitor and repace it then all is well. ... (microsoft.public.windowsxp.hardware)
