[[There was a problem sending the command to the program]]
I get that error if I stop vsmon.exe and zonealarm.exe and use the Run
command and some other deals, like trying to open a Word .doc. The Word
..docs can be opened from within Word, but not by double clicking. I am
using an old version of ZoneAlarm (v.3.7.211.0). Yes, with the modem
unplugged. I have never received the error with ZoneAlarm running.
