Damn XP Won't Share Files!

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi All,

I recently reinstalled XP on two of my machines. Now, I cannot map
drives anymore.

I have my own account, which is not password protected. When I look
into the user accounts, it says I am the Administrator.

When I try and map drives, I enter my user name but do not give it any
password. As soon as I hit enter, it changed the box to say 'Guest'
and wants a password.......

I get the same behavior if I password protect the account.......

I need to map these drives, so, if someone can help me with this
mishap, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,

.
