Thanks for your help. I managed to start up by downloading a boot CD for XP,
and then reinstalling windows, as I could not fix it. Now I have two winxp
os's on the PC , which is using all the disk space. Can anyone tell me how
to delete to first os that will not load, even though I will lose all the
data? Or is there a way to fix the first os then delete the most recently
installed one?
