A hardware (keyboard) question

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I don't know where to look for help online with a replacement
Microsoft keyboard I bought, but hopefully someone here can point to
the right place so I can solve a problem I am having.

I use XP Pro and recently purchased a Microsoft Digital Media Pro
model 1031 keyboard. It works fine and does all the things it is
supposed to do.

However, I've noticed since I installed it, my two screen capture
programs no longer work. I have one in CorelDraw called Capture, and
also my PaintShopPro has a screen capture feature. I go through the
process of setting it up, indicating what type of capture I want,
where to save it, and what hot keys to use. The program defaults are
F8 - F10. When I press the hotkey (with the appropriate program open)
nothing happens. These programs worked fine before the new keyboard.

Any suggestions, or places I might find the answer?
