After having made essentially the same response hundreds of times to a
number of common topics I have to confess that I have set up a data
file of "stock" answers which I frequently copy and paste into
replies. I often will modify the wording slightly or omit parts of
the "stock" reply so as to ensure that the reply is appropriate for
the question asked.
However my main use of "copy and paste" is for links to web pages with
specific "how to" articles, fixes, and/or downloads. I have a fairly
extensive library of these, and make no apologies for doing so.
