How to add "Open With" to right click menu?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I was playing around in the Registry (I know, I know) and now when I
right click on any item in Windows Explorer (XP Pro) I don't get an
Open With option. How can I add this for *all* file types? Thanks.
