I don't know?? Looks pretty clear to me!!
maybe you shouldn't be messing with it!!

regedit, toolbar, edit
in "FIND WHAT" type: msconfig (only the word/text--msconfig) in "Find what"
field.

Doesn't get any better than that.

Like I said maybe it's well enough left alone. Use some application to
search and fix registry.
