First off, do the following in order to see the entire error
message:
Go to Start -> Control Panel and double click on System.
Click on the Advanced tab.
On the Advanced page, click on the Settings button in the
Startup and Recovery section.
Remove the check mark from the box next to "Automtically
restart".
Click OK twice.
Now, if you encounter the same problem, you should be able to
record all the information posted in the error notice.
You can also look in Event Viewer (Start -> Run and enter
eventvwr.msc in the Open box, click OK). Look under Application
and System for any events associated with this problem. You may
find some clue as to what went wrong.
I'm not familiar enough with the program to give you specifics
but I do know that gcasServ is a service associated with the
Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta program. I'd suggest shutting down
this program and all associated services before trying to
install itunes.
Also, have you sought out any assistance from Apple's tech
support? They may be familiar with the problems you're having.
Good luck
