Update your antivirus and antispyware software and run full system scans.
Open the Task Manager:
Ctrl + Alt + Delete
or
Ctrl + Shift + Esc
or
Right click the Taskbar | Task Manager
or
Start | Run | Type: taskmgr | Click OK
Look under Applications tab and Processes tab.
