Hi Ray,
Open Windows Explorer to C:\Windows\system32, look for and delete duplicate
control panel files (*.cpl). Usually, you will find things like inetcpl.cpl
and inetcpl(1).cpl as duplicates, which will cause you to see two sets of
"Internet Options" in the Control Panel.
