Since you didn't provide a specific location within the
registry, I'm going to offer an alternative possibility.

Are you running Spyware Blaster on your computer? Have you run
Spybot S & D and used the immunize feature? Have you used some
other security application that is designed to prevent access
from certain web sites? If you have, then those entries in your
registry might be benign.

I have Spyware Blaster installed on my main computer. It adds a
number of entries to the Restriced Sites zone within Internet
Explorer's security settings. Those sites are then listed in
the following locations on my system's registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\ZoneMap\Domains

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\ZoneMap\Domains

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\ZoneMap\Domains

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-19\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\ZoneMap\Domains

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\ZoneMap\Domains

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1801674531-651377827-682003330-1004\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\ZoneMap\Domains

Of course, if you're finding these sites listed in other
locations within the registry then follow the advice Malke gave
you.

Good luck
